OHIO HOSPITAL TRANPLANTS KIDNEY TO THE WRONG PATIENT !
MY OPINION : This is unreal stuff , man ! Years ago I remember hearing stories of hospitals accidentally leaving surgical instruments in patients . And accidentally amputating the wrong patients limb . Accidents happen , but accidents like these . Someone has to pay big time !
